How Do You Spell Tax Relief?

May 10, 2008

I am a huge supporter of the Fair Tax. That was one of the many reasons why I supported Mike Huckabee in his bid to be the Republican candidate for President of the United States. However, it doesn’t appear that there will be anything Fair about out taxes any time soon.

I guess I should be grateful for small blessings. We should be getting a tax rebate soon and Texas has no state income tax help. Nevertheless, you don’t have to be Wesley Snipes to need a little IRS tax relief. According to the Tax Relief Specialists website, most taxpayers (business and individual) are eligible for some kind of tax relief. Do you need assistance with your tax issues? IRS tax audits, wage garnishments, property liens, bank levies, and lots more fun games you can play with our government at work. Or, you can get help.

Tax Relief Specialists offer assistance to individual taxpayers in all of the following areas; Offer in Compromise, Penalty Abatement, Wage Garnishment, Bank Levy, Payment Plans, Innocent Spouse, Lien Subordination, Payroll Issues, Un-filed Tax Returns, Audit Defense, State Tax.

In a letter to M. Leray back in 1789, Benjamin Franklin wrote, “Our Constitution is in actual operation; everything appears to promise that it will last; but nothing in this world is certain but death and taxes.” 2020 years later, he is dead and we are all paying taxes. I guess he was right.
